Cormonachan Woodlands

The Cormonachan Woodlands sit on the west shore of Loch Goil half way between Lochgoilhead and Carrick Castle in the Argyll Forest Park.

These lovely community-managed woodlands are Atlantic oak woods with areas of old coppiced hazel probably from 70 years ago. There's a network of walking paths, a red squirrel trail and a resource centre.
