Carsaig Arches

This fantastic coastal walk to the impressive sea arches at Carsaig is well worth the effort. It's a tough route over very rocky ground, but the views are stunning and the cliffs spectacular. Look out for goats, eagles and, in spring, nesting kittiwakes and fulmars.

Once the first arch is reached, if you have a good head for heights you can follow the narrow goat track and walk over the first arch down the fairly treacherous path to the second arch - for experienced walkers only! Once down on the beach it's possible to stand under both the arches.
